Who is JELMS?
The José Eduardo López Memorial Scholarship was launched in 2009 in Canada. In the absence of a grave, Eduardo's family and their friends decided to honor his memory and legacy by starting this memorial scholarship.

JELMS officially became a registered charitable organization through the CRA in 2012.
​
JELMS has been able to grant over $60,000 in scholarships and bursaries thanks to you, our community supporters, donors, sponsors, volunteers, family and friends.
